We offer social anxiety groups for individuals having difficulty in social situations like public speaking, work, school, and dating. The groups follow a CBT format, have been shown to be highly effective, and meet weekly for 12 weeks. Please contact us for more information. 





Athletes and performers of all abilities and levels can improve their performance through resilience training (mental and behavioral skills training). We apply research-based methods to help athletes and performers build resilience improve motivation to train and practice, sharpen focus during competition/performance, and peak for the big event.

Dr. Rose combines scientific research, the work he’s done with NASA for the past seven years on resilience training, and his personal experiences in athletics in his work with athletes and performers.





Dr. Rose is available for corporate consultation, trainings, and workshops focusing on optimizing performance in the workplace. Dr. Rose has conducted such trainings internationally and works with individuals and groups to improve work productivity and satisfaction. Trainings and workshops address stress management and resilience training, presentations/public speaking, and effective communication training (Corporate Solutions).





We offer trainings and supervision for professionals interested in learning CBT. Dr. Rose regularly trains and supervises new professionals in CBT and has published on the topic. Please contact us for more information.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) involves collaborative effort to examine, understand, and modify unhelpful behavior and thought patterns. Distressing thoughts, feelings and unhelpful behaviors often impair one’s life and pursuit of things they value and want to achieve. Clients learn strategies and skills that enable them to manage difficult thoughts and feelings while establishing healthier ways of behaving and living and pursuing more of what they want in their lives.

Mindfulness and Acceptance involves strategies that promote increased awareness and acceptance of distressing thoughts and feelings while committing to pursuing to desired behavior change and life goals.

Relaxation Training involves teaching individuals to relax, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, through methods like focused breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and body scans.

We offer various fee scales.  Treatment may be covered by your insurance plan.  While we are not network providers for insurance companies, we will complete the necessary paperwork to help you receive the maximum allowable reimbursement for treatment.
